Paul Lyu
Master’s graduate from Northeastern University.
Having lived in the United States for nearly a decade, he has developed deep familiarity with the American youth sports development system through long-term engagement with junior athletics.
Through this experience, he observed that many talented Chinese student-athletes possess strong potential but often lack a clear and structured pathway for athletic development and educational advancement.
This insight led to the founding of Harbor Elite, with the mission of bringing greater clarity, structure, and strategic planning to the international sports education pathway.
He believes that elite athletes are shaped through long-term planning and authentic competitive environments, rather than emerging by chance.

Jordan Wang
Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management at New York University.
A former member of a U.S. high school varsity baseball team, he competed extensively within the American interscholastic athletic system and served as team captain while leading his team to a state championship.
His background provides first-hand insight into American school sports culture and the developmental pathways of student-athletes.
He is particularly focused on helping young athletes navigate the long-term balance between competitive performance and academic advancement, supporting their holistic growth both on and off the field.
